The St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market operates on a year-round basis and is home to over 400 indoor and outdoor small business owners selling their wares.  Whether you are just starting out or looking to slow down and enjoy life a little more, we have a variety of different vending options to suit every business’ needs.

MARKET

Our Indoor Market offers operators the luxury of a brick and mortar with few of the overhead costs.  Each building is carefully curated by our Market team to represent the diversity of the Kitchener Waterloo region while remaining true to our Market roots. YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS

 Designed to break down some barriers for youths between the ages of 10 and 24, our Young Entrepreneur Program offers start up business owners the opportunity to sign up for up to 4 Market days during the Outdoor Market season (April through October) and try their hand at building their brand.

ALL VENDORS WANTED

The St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market offers vending opportunities to a variety of producers, retailers and services with a focus on local and handcrafted goods.

​

We accept year-round applications for all vending opportunities however target intake months for the outdoor market is January through March for the Peak Season Market.

​

All applications received will be reviewed by the Vendor Management Committee within 3 weeks of receipt and all vendors will be contacted via email regarding the status of the application.

​

We are currently seeking applications to fill the following product gaps:

  • Fresh Pasta

  • Freezer Friendly Meals

  • Bulk Dry Goods

  • Furniture

  • Tools

  • Pyjamas

  • Kids Educational Crafts, Toys, and Books

  • Linens

  • Quilts

  • Knitting and Craft/ Art supplies (yarn, knitting supplies, etc..)

  • Home Décor

  • Upcycling
