We’re proud to recognize Frank Battaglia of Frank Battaglia Footwear as a recipient of the Community Builders Award — celebrating 49 years of dedication, community spirit, and generosity.

As one of the original twelve vendors at the Market, Frank has been a familiar face for nearly five decades, offering seasonal footwear and outstanding customer service. But beyond the booth, Frank has spent more than 30 years supporting communities locally and around the world.

Through his charitable work, Frank helps redirect unsellable goods — from shoes to clothing and medical supplies — to those who need them most. Each year, sea containers filled with essential items are delivered to communities across Africa, Central America, and South America.

Frank, thank you for being a constant example of what it means to give back. Your kindness and quiet leadership have left a lasting impact — here at the Market and far beyond.
